Benson had a check up with his doctor this week. Sadly not Dr. Shupe. Our amazing doctor retired in August so we had to see a new doctor, Dr. Worth. He's a young guy just out of medical school. He was really nice and we had a good appointment.
Benson officially weighs 22 pounds 2 ounces, only the 70th percentile and is 28.5 inches tall, the 40th percentile. He's not such a little shrimp anymore height wise and not as chubby as I thought. I thought he would be in the 90-95 percentile for weight. Also, he jumped up from below the 5th percentile in height. He's just a growing boy!

Two More Teeth
Benson has two more teeth! His top two teeth came in on Tuesday. Check back for pictures in a few days when they come down more and you can really see them. Teething is not only rough on babies but parents. Michael and I were thinking we will be happy when Benson stops teething and starts sleeping better. But then I realized I think babies are teething until they're like 2, so we have a long way to go!

Even More Family Pictures
Election Day Pictures
Yes, Michael and I did vote. Although I only voted after my mother gave me a 20 minute lecture on why I needed to vote. I still don't think I needed to vote because John McCain was going to win Idaho no matter what. It didn't matter if I voted for McCain, Obama or someone else it didn't really matter in Idaho. So, here are a few pictures from our voting experience. Happy Mom?
On a serious note I do know it's important to vote and to encourage your children to vote! I wasn't surprised that Obama won but I was surprised that he won by so much.
He wasn't too happy I was taking his picture.
